Trouble with tracking number or delivery?
- If it shows no movement after 3 business days, please contact us Hello@SHOLDIT.com or 855-746-5348 x 885
- If it shows it has made it only part of the way and is now stagnant, check weather conditions first as it may be a factor, then contact the carrier directly.
- If it shows delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. To determine the carrier, please look on your shipping verification email from SHOLDIT® and click on tracking number to direct you to UPS, FEDEX or USPS customer service and they will take it from there. IMPORTANT Please take special care to double check the shipping address you have entered prior to placing your order. SHOLDIT is NOT responsible for shipments showing delivered but missing or missing during the delivery process once it has been scanned in by carrier. Please settle all scanned, missing packages with your carrier.
