What are the main differences in the product lines?

A)   The ORIGINAL SHOLDIT® Convertible Infinity Scarf with Pocket™ is slightly heavier in weight and can be worn as a neck wrap, shrug, folded into a clutch. In addition, may also be worn as a cross body. Use the cinch toggle to adjust to your perfect curves and the additional side pocket to store your cell phone so it weighs at your hip. 

B)   The SHOLDIT® Convertible Infinity Scarf with Pocket™ is typically lighter in weight, offers the longest length and can be worn as neck wrap, shrug, or fold into a clutch purse. It can be worn across your body however, there is no cinch toggle or extra side cell pocket. This line also comes in a Wide Cut variation which offers additional width for extra coverage. May also be styled as a head scarf. 

C)    The SHOLDIT® Convertible Neck Gaiter with Pocket™ fits more snug around the neck, ears and face and also offers a built in pocket to carry light essentials. Utilize the cinch cord and toggle to adjust around your face or cinch all the way into a stylish beanie hat. Perfect for outdoor recreation, job sites, cool weather events and beyond. 

What can I carry in my SHOLDIT® pocket?

Our products are NOT intended to carry everything currently in your handbag, but it's perfect to stash all basic necessities. Feel free to stash phone, keys, wallet, passport, travel-size cosmetics, and anything else you might need while you're on-the-go! 

How do I position my scarf to make it look right?

There are a couple of options to allow the contents to be concealed. When doubled around the neck, make sure zipper closes up and zipper head is positioned about under your ear. Use the loose fabric ring as a cradle tucked under and around the outside of the pocket with contents. When wearing long with heavier items, tie a knot in the end. Looks super stylish and helps keep contents from shifting.

Where do I enter a promo code?

After you enter your billing and shipping information and before payment, there will be a small box on the right side asking if you have a discount code to apply. Make sure it is entered correctly.

Do you ship out of country?

Of course!

Please check out as normal and understand there may be additional fees associated with the order that will be collected by customs, potential brokerage fee, etc.

These fees are the customer's responsibility and will be in addition to the purchase price plus any additional shipping and handling costs.

Do you offer gift wrap or a custom note?

It is possible, but please ask for availability prior to your order via hello@SHOLDIT.com and allow for additional processing time.

During peak seasons or special promotions, elves are in short supply and we may not be able to provide this service.

Where is your product made?

Overseas. Our goal is to find the best prices for our customers therefore allowing us to grow so we can employ more people and buy more things in the USA. 

Where can I find your product?

We are always growing our channels of distribution so feel free to recommend us to your favorite retailer….you’re darn right, we should be in there! Watch out for the knockoffs. SHOLDIT® is the original patented Convertible Infinity Scarf with Pocket™. We advise purchasing direct from SHOLDIT.com or channels with authorized SHOLDIT® work mark use. If it looks suspicious, it probably is. 

How long until my order to arrives?

Continental USA: Typically 1-2 business days processing and 3-5 business days on the road.

Keep in mind if you are part of holiday rush or a mass special offer, please be patient, there will be additional processing days due to volume and or weather.

If you do not see a tracking number after more than 3 business days please let us know, we will be happy to look into it for you. 

What is your return policy?

We don’t believe in returns, but if you do, please visit our return policy.

How long will it take to see a refund?

Once we receive the return, we try to process within 3-4 days. Note: Shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

You will receive an email refund verification from SHOLDIT®. Please understand it may take up to 10 days for your bank to post funds back into your account.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Please email hello@SHOLDIT.com or call 855.SHOLDIT x 885 immediately and we will send you a return shipping label.

Returned damaged or defective products are inspected and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. Our liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the replacement of such product.

We will replace your SHOLDIT® product with the same style, if available, or with your approval, substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available.

If the merchandise received as a substitution for a damaged or defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for an exchange immediately, unworn, in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Trouble with tracking number or delivery?

A) If your tracking number shows no movement after 3 business days, please contact us.

B) If it shows it has made it only part of the way and is now stagnant, check weather conditions first as it may be a factor, then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number in hand. 

C) If it shows delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. To determine the carrier, please look on your shipping verification email from SHOLDIT® and click on tracking number to direct you to UPS, FEDEX or USPS customer service and they will take it from there. SHOLDIT is NOT responsible for shipments showing delivered, but missing during the delivery process once it has been scanned in by carrier. Take care to double check the shipping address you have entered prior to placing order.
