At SHOLDIT®, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back. Simply return the item for an exchange, refund, or for SHOLDIT® e-store credit. And for us to better our products and services, please provide any feedback, including reason for the return or exchange.
Returns | Exchanges
With the exceptions listed below, we will accept returns on items purchased from SHOLDIT.com if they are returned in unused and original condition in original packaging within 30 days of product being shipped. A 10% restocking or damage fee may be applied at our sole discretion i.e. damaged packaging, pet hair, perfume etc. If the product is returned past 30 days up to 45 days, you will be issued a SHOLDIT® e-store gift certificate. Please visit our site periodically and or sign up for our newsletter to receive notifications when new product arrives! Returns after the 45 day grace period will not be accepted.
**ALL items from clearance, sale, and any special promotion are final sale, no returns or exchanges accepted.
Orders Sent as Gifts: For your security, returns can only be credited to the form of payment used in the original order.
Products Purchased at Retail Stores or Other Websites: Please note that SHOLDIT.com does not accept returned merchandise obtained from any retailer other than SHOLDIT.com. To return products purchased at another store, please check the return policy of the store where the item was purchased.
Returns and exchanges from SHOLDIT.com can be made by mailing an insured, prepaid package (obtain tracking number or delivery confirmation for your records) (complete with your name and contact info, the item you are returning, and order number) to SHOLDIT® 5062 S. 108TH St #112 Omaha NE 68137. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries. NOTE: We're sorry, but we don't credit return or exchange shipping costs for returned items.
RETURN CHECK LIST:
-Include: unused item(s) you are returning in original packaging

-Obtain tracking number or delivery confirmation number for your records to ensure the safety of its delivery
How long will my return take to arrive?: Returns usually take 5- 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This is only an estimate, we cannot promise a specific timeframe especially during peak seasons or part of a special promotion. If it has been longer than 10 days, please email us your order number and return at hello@SHOLDIT.com and we will be happy to look into for you.
When your box arrives, your return is typically processed within 3-5 business days. We inspect all returns followed up by an email confirming your refund. When we issue your refund, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to return the funds to your account. It can take a full credit card cycle before the credit/refund appears on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please describe damages in an email to hello@SHOLDIT.com immediately and we will send you a return shipping label. Returned damaged or defective products are inspected and replaced if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from our approved factory specifications. Our liability for any damaged or defective products is limited to the replacement of such product. We will replace your SHOLDIT® product with the same style, if available, or with your approval, substitute a replacement of comparable value if the style returned is no longer available. If the merchandise received as a substitution for a damaged or defective product is unsatisfactory, please note that it must be returned to us for an exchange immediately, unworn, in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
If the damage was caused by reasons other than materials quality, assembly process, or a deviation from our approved factory specifications, the original merchandise will be returned to you in the same condition it was received in. We do not replace damaged or defective merchandise that was damaged by abuse or negligence (including but not limited to; not following wash instructions, exposure to chemicals/harmful substances, high heat, sharp objects, etc.) or products that were damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose of the product.
Please note the life expectancy of any product depends on the individual using the product, the conditions of use, and the characteristic wear patterns of the user. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.
